Briyani kit was awesome. Tasted exactly like the Bhai Briyani style. But I feel the quantity of rice should be 200 or 225g instead of 250gms mentioned in the cooking instructions. Otherwise it’s amazing!
I'm a Bangalorean living in Vancouver. I've tried the biryani from most restaurants here and it just doesn't hit like back home. And this was the closest to what we get back home. 30 minutes, barely any prep needed. And I just ordered more!
