1. What is Madrascart?

Madrascart is an online platform that delivers authentic Indian D2C products—like snacks, t-shirts, and more—straight to your doorstep in the US, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, UAE and Australia from India.

 

2. Where do you source your products from?

We source our products directly from trusted Indian D2C brands to ensure authenticity and quality.

 

3. Which regions do you deliver to?

We deliver across the US, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, UAE and Australia.

 

4. What happens if product is out of stock?

We stock most of the items. When items get sold out, replenishing of which depends on market conditions. If something you like is sold out, please reach out to us. Once the stock is available we will let you know.

5. What is the acknowledgment for the order placed?

You will receive an order confirmation to your registered email address with the items in the order.

 

6. How long does dispatching take?

Usually, order will be dispatched within 3-5 Business Days. In some rare unusual cases, it may take little bit longer to dispatch the items.


7. How long does shipping take?

Average delivery time is 7-12 Business Days from the dispatched day excluding customs clearance. The delivery services are off on Saturday, Sunday and other national holidays.

 

8. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping on orders over $50 USD or $60 CAD.

 

9. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

 

10. What if my product is damaged during shipping?


If you find any product missing or damaged from your order, please raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide valid proof (such as an unboxing video or photos) for us to review and resolve the issue. For more details, please refer Return & Refund Policy.

 

11. Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

We handle all the customs charges and duties for you. There will be a fixed $15 fee for tariff duties on all US orders.

 

12. Can you help with customs clearance?

Yes, we assist with customs clearance to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

 

13. Can I cancel the order?

We will do a refund, if the order is canceled within 2 hours. Any requests for Order Cancellations/ Modifications will only be accepted within 2 hours after placing the order.

 

14. Can I change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address within 2 hours of placing the order. No changes will be made once the order is dispatched.

 

15. What happens if incorrect address was provided?

If the address in the order is incorrect and the package gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to us, no replacement or refund will be provided.

Madrascart is a platform for the sellers to sell their products internationally on our website. We are not liable for any products. We offer the supporting services to customers and sellers.
