Refund policy

 

At Madrascart, we want you to love every product you receive. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help! Here’s how our return policy works:

 

1.Damaged Products:
If your items are damaged during shipping, we’ll issue a full refund. Please raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide valid proof (such as an unboxing video or photos) for us to review and resolve the issue.

 

If the products are not damaged, but if the buyers want to return them for other reasons, refunds will be dealt on a case by case basis

 

2. Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), exclusive limited edition collections and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. However, if you’re unsatisfied, our customer support team will review your case. If eligible, we’ll issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.

 

Madrascart reserves the right to refuse service to buyers who abuse the return process and to ban the buyers permanently from using our platform.

Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will only be processed once returned items have been received and inspected by our team. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
