Malabar or Thalassery biryani from Kerala is a mild,but extremely fragrant,layered biryani made with Kaima rice. The primary flavours are ginger, garlic, green chilli, pepper and turmeric. It’sa favouritefor special occasions and is layered with yellow masala and white rice which is mixed while eating. Just follow the steps, and enjoy authentic Malabar Biryani at home!
Ingredients: masala paste : onion (44%), tomato (19%), refined sunflower oil, herbs (5%) (coriander and mint), garlic (5%), green chilli (5%), iodised salt, ginger and mixed spices.

Taste was extraordinary..Made it with chicken. Easy to follow the steps..
It was such as easy process to make this! Thank you. It was a great hit at our Father's Day luncheon and now my family members are all wanting a piece of Cookd. Can't wait to try some of the other flavor options!

I do wish the instructions were written a little bit bigger. Maybe add a sheet inside the package so you don’t have to use a magnifying glass to read the instructions 🤣🤣
