Madras Mixture 130g, No Palm Oil - VS Mani

Say hello to our Madras Mixture, the snack that loves to be everything at once. What makes mixture special is that it brings together so many contrasting flavours and textures. The sweetness of groundnuts, the bite of boondi, the crunch of sev, the tang of hing and curry leaves - there’s something in it for every palate.

At the VS home, Paati made many versions of mixture, but the Madras mixture, with a generous overdose of peanuts and hing, was widely considered her finest. In our recipe, we’ve tried to stay faithful to Paati’s mixture proportions. Here’s hoping you enjoy it!
