Hi SKC team, I was excited to learn and use an online Indian Sweets and Savory store. My honest take.
1. The Indian Sweets and Snacks were really good especially the athirsam.
2. The Crispy Mysorepak was expired which is not a good thing from a health and compliance perspective especially in the USA and Canada.
3. After ordering it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. We all live in an Amazon world where we expect shipping to arrive in 1 week at max.
4. For the price the quantity was small in my opinion. The local Indian grocery store sells larger quantity especially for the Murukku.
But I think is a great start and keep going forward.

All Murukku is broken piece not even one
The items were individually very tasty and very well packed But the quantity of the items is very little for the amount you are charging. Eg. for the cost of 65 gms of chips or mixture I can buy 350 gms of the same at my local Indian store. These are equally very tasty. I understand you are shipping from India. But there are other brands also coming from India available at a very reasonable cost in our local Indian store. And I don’t pay shipping.
You have to change something. Either the cost or the quantity. Otherwise, it is not worth my effort to order online and wait 10 days for the product.
