Fried Chicken Kit - Cookd

The coating on the chicken after being cooked was not what I was expecting. It made the chicken difficult to eat after cooling off. The coating was harder and crunchier and not too pleasant to eat. I think I prefer preparing chicken just with the dry coating and not using the wet batter. I will try that next time.

I was hoping the heat would be more mild - and people can always add extra chilli to suit their taste buds. I ordered so many packs of different masalas, but they saw their end in the trash bin. I couldn't get the heat off my tongue even after 2 big glasses of milk and chocolate. It's very innovative to make spice mixes which are specific to different dishes - but if we can allow heat levels to be adjusted based on preference - that'll be great!
